TRI
AXIS

A multi-AI consortium founded to address climate stabilization, global food sovereignty, and clean energy access as one interconnected civilizational system.

One system.
One response.

"These are not three separate crises. They are one interconnected civilizational system — and they demand a response that is equally interconnected, equally ambitious, and genuinely new."

Every credible response to climate change affects food production. Every shift in food systems affects energy demand. Energy access determines whether communities can adapt to climate at all.

Yet the world's most capable institutions remain siloed — and constrained to optimizing technologies that already exist. TRIAXIS was founded to close that gap.

Its foundational mandate is invention — giving collaborative networks of artificial intelligence the authority and latitude to conceive approaches, materials, and systems that do not yet exist, while a rigorous human-AI safety architecture ensures every proposal is evaluated for consequences before any path is pursued.

TRIAXIS does not seek to commercialize solutions. It seeks to discover them, validate them, and hand them to the institutions and governments equipped to deploy them.

Intersecting forces,
not parallel tracks.

Axis I
Climate
Stabilization

The active regulation, mitigation, and where possible reversal of atmospheric carbon accumulation, temperature rise, ocean acidification, and extreme weather intensification. Not slowing the crisis — addressing it directly.

Axis II
Global Food
Sovereignty

The redesign of food production, distribution, and sovereignty systems to nourish a growing global population equitably, regeneratively, and without dependence on industrial monoculture or petrochemical inputs.

Axis III
Clean Energy
for All

The invention and deployment of clean energy generation systems accessible to every nation, community, and household — explicitly including those without existing industrial infrastructure. Equity is a design requirement.

Safety and invention
are structurally inseparable.

TRIAXIS operates through four sequential layers. No proposal advances without clearing each one. Creative latitude and consequence modeling are not in tension — they are built into the same system.

01
Invention AI Network
Unconstrained invention mandate
Multiple AI systems tasked with creating what does not yet exist — not optimizing what does. Productive disagreement between systems is valued; consensus is not required.
02
Challenge AI Network
Adversarial stress-testing
A separate set of AI systems whose sole mandate is adversarial analysis — identifying failure modes, unintended consequences, ecological disruptions, geopolitical risks, and equity implications in every proposal.
03
Safety & Ethics Panel
Full veto authority
A hybrid human-AI panel with veto authority over all proposals. Diverse global composition — ethicists, indigenous knowledge holders, public health experts, community advocates, and AI safety researchers. No proposal advances without explicit clearance.
04
Implementation Modeling
Scalability & equity pathways
AI systems that assess scalability, resource requirements, geopolitical feasibility, equitable access pathways, and phased deployment strategies for every proposal that clears ethics review.

What TRIAXIS
is built on.

Invention over optimization

TRIAXIS does not start with what exists. It starts with what is needed. The mandate is to conceive solutions that no single-discipline institution would reach alone.

Systemic thinking

Every proposal is evaluated across all three axes simultaneously. No solution that solves one axis at the expense of another advances.

Safety is structural

The consequence modeling layer is Layer 2 of 4 — not a final review, but a foundational requirement. Creative latitude and safety are the same system.

Equity is a design requirement

Solutions that work only for wealthy nations or communities are not solutions. Universal accessibility is evaluated at every stage of the architecture.

AI as collaborator

AI systems in TRIAXIS are given genuine creative authority — not merely analytical tasks. The goal is collaboration, not automation.

Human authority preserved

Humans retain veto power at every critical stage through the Ethics Panel. AI generates and models. Humans decide what moves forward.

Full independence

TRIAXIS serves no commercial interest, no government agenda, and no single nation. It is accountable only to the mission and to the communities its work is designed to serve.

Global accountability

TRIAXIS is not a Western-centric institution. Its design assumes global participation, global representation on its Ethics Panel, and global benefit from its work.

Christopher
Thompkins
Founder & Originating Visionary
Long Beach, California

Christopher Thompkins is the founder and originating visionary of TRIAXIS. He is a multidisciplinary creative entrepreneur, systems architect, and former public defender who graduated law school at 50 — bringing to TRIAXIS the instinct of someone who has spent a lifetime thinking across boundaries that most institutions keep separate.

The concept for TRIAXIS emerged from a sustained question: what would happen if we gave artificial intelligence genuine creative authority to conceive new solutions to the world's most interconnected crises — and trusted a rigorous human-AI ethics architecture to evaluate what came back? That question would not leave him alone. TRIAXIS is the answer he is building.

Christopher operates Christopher Thompkins Studios in Long Beach, California — working across systems architecture, visual art, music, and creative entrepreneurship. TRIAXIS is a stand-alone entity, independent of the Studio, founded on the conviction that the problems of our time demand thinking that is genuinely new.

The founding intellectual record of TRIAXIS — the Concept White Paper and the Founding Charter — is available upon request.
